What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, your email address and/or telephone number, and any organisation or message you choose to provide. We also record your optional marketing consent, the consent wording and timestamps.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to your request and manage prospective customer relationships. If you actively opt in, we may also contact you about our products, services and offers by email, SMS, WhatsApp or telephone. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Legal bases
We generally process enquiry information on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Optional direct marketing based on the checkbox uses consent. Different rules may apply to individual marketing channels.
Who receives information
The enquiry form sends information through IFTTT Webhooks to Trello, where enquiries are managed. These providers may process data outside the UK. Their contractual safeguards and international transfer arrangements should be checked before launch.
Retention
We intend to retain enquiry information for 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing relationship or legal obligation. Marketing consent records and suppression information may need to be retained separately where necessary to demonstrate compliance or honour an opt-out.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, or object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@crowdat.com. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
